Sheila was born on December 3, 1939 and passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018.

Sheila was a resident of Hartford, Connecticut at the time of passing.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies on December 3, 1939, daughter of the late Eric Barrington and Albertine (McCoy) Francis, she was raised in Kingston, Jamaica and was a graduate of Holy Childhood High School.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Saturday, February 17, 11 a.m., at St. Justin-St. Michael Parish, 230 Blue Hills Ave., Hartford. Burial will be private.
