Richard was born on July 1, 1942 and passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018.

Richard was a resident of Wethersfield, Connecticut at the time of passing.

Funeral services will begin on Saturday (February 10) at 9 a.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield. Military honors will take place promptly at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick-St. Anthony Church, 285 Church St., Hartford. Burial will be private.
