Herbert was born on March 6, 1921 and passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018.

Herbert was a resident of Berlin, Connecticut at the time of passing.

Herb was a graduate of Hartford High School and was a World War II U.S. Marine Corps veteran.

Funeral services are Tuesday 11 AM at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 147 West Main Street, New Britain. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to VFW Post 10732, 152 Massirio Drive, Berlin, CT 06037.
