Frank was born on February 3, 1966 and passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019.

Frank was a resident of East Hartford, Connecticut at the time of passing.

He graduated from Hamden High School.

After graduating high school, Frankie enlisted in the Air Force where he served for 4 years.
