David was born on June 21, 1936 and passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019.

David was a resident of Marlborough, Connecticut at the time of passing.

He was born and raised in the Idaville, Indiana, area and was a 1954 graduate of Idaville High School of Idaville, Indiana.
