Alfonso was born on May 1, 1949 and passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019.

Alfonso was a resident of Hartford, Connecticut at the time of passing.

He graduated from Stigall High and continued his education at Paducah, KY Technical College.

Alfonso joined the Masonic order in Hartford, CT on March 6, 1993.
