To Nancy Winship and the rest of the family. I am so sorry for your loss. I met him in the late 90's. I knew Bill as Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He was honest and straight forward. I felt lucky to have known him. He was someone that was a mentor and teacher for me and he lead by example. I will truly miss him.
