Frank served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, was a member of the Warehouse Point Fife and Drum Corp. for many years and was employed by the State Highway Department for over 3 decades before retirement.

Bill and I are very sorry for the loss of Frank. He was a wonderful husband and father and will greatly be missed. We cherish you all as our own family. We are very sorry we cannot be there for the services. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.
