A lifelong Hartford resident, Frederick was a graduate of Thomas Snell Weaver High School where he excelled at sports.

Services will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 11AM at Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Home (a Division of Howard K. Hill Funeral Services), 94 Granby St., Bloomfield, CT. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday from 9 - 11AM. Interment will take place at Mountain View Cemetery, 30 Mountain Avenue, Bloomfield, CT. Howard K.
